COMPANY OVERVIEW

China Media Inc. (CHND.OB) is a NASD OTCBB listed company; we are primarily engaged in the businesses of developing and producing feature films and TV series through our subsidiary company, Xi’An TV Media Inc. for the burgeoning Chinese Television and Film marketplace. Our three production facilities located in the Shaan' Xi province employ a staff of 47. Since 2007 we have completed 11 television series, 1 feature film and 1 documentary. Our film Invisible Wings received the Outstanding Children's Film and Outstanding Young Actress awards during the 12^th Film Ornamental Column Awards. Invisible Wings was also featured during the Hollywood China-USA Film Festival and chosen as the opening film for Beijing International Sport Film Week. Our 40 episode TV series Special Mission achieved a record breaking first run audience rating of 4% viewership in its prime time broadcast and received the Excellent Work Prize in the Esprit Civilization Five-One Project. .  For 2010 through 2011 we plan to produce and distribute 1 new film and 8 television series.

We are located in Xi'An City in the Shaan'Xi Province, the capital of 13 dynasties and cultural centre of western China.

We have developed strong personal ties with the countries primary broadcaster CCTV (China Central TV) which has allowed China Media Corp. to be one of only a handful of private broadcasters to have successfully produced, distributed and had their product shown. We are also able to leverage our relationships with key government oversight bodies that are responsible for broadcast approval in China to increase the likelyhood of our products reaching market.
